Right Vision Expands Production Capacity

We have brought additional filling capacity online at our plant in the Fourth Industrial Zone in 6th of October City. The work covers both the Ponto Food and Nano Foods labels and affects the sizes that commercial customers order most.

What changed

• More filling capacity on the 1 kg and 10 kg lines, which is where central kitchens and distributors concentrate.
• Extra temperature-controlled storage, so finished stock is held properly rather than shipped in a hurry to clear space.
• A second shift on the blending floor during peak season.

What it means for orders

The practical result is shorter lead times on commercial volumes and more room to take on scheduled supply agreements. If a lead time has been the reason you have not placed a larger order with us, it is worth asking again.

Nothing about the process itself has changed. Every batch still runs to the same written specification, is still checked before it is packed, and still leaves the plant carrying a batch number and a date.
